When to Expect Your Order

Processing Time: Once you place an order, our team needs about 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and get it ready for transit. Please keep in mind that we take weekends and U.S. federal holidays off to recharge.
Transit Time: After your package leaves our doors, it generally takes 3–7 business days to reach your doorstep. While we work hard to be as fast as possible, please understand that carrier delays sometimes happen and are out of our direct control.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This will include your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
